7. Ricochet Changes Everything, Finally

A fabulous Monday Night Raw singles match between Ricochet and Mustafa Ali was as painful as it was potent in just how buried both have been on the main roster. Put simply, they were both too good - way too good - to be in roles that didn't matter.

For the former United States Champion, this was evidenced by his involvement in Brock Lesnar's elimination at the Royal Rumble and the lengthy video package that aired before his total humbling at Super ShowDown. Ricochet's arrival in NXT was greeted with the panic of how badly he'd one day be used by Vince McMahon, but a spectacular stint on the black-and-gold brand instilled some false hope. Dashing that was all the worse when the inevitable occurred.

This simply will not do. It is borderline offensive that the aerial wizard isn't atop one brand or in constant chase of that spot. That he can't really talk shouldn't even matter. NXT worked around this by - and who cares how cliched this is? - letting his actions speak louder than his stilted words.

If he wins more, he gets over again, if he gets over again, he gets all the way f*cking over with two mid-air rotations. This one is p*ss easy. His aforementioned Raw opponent, however...
