Both GUNTHER and Austin Theory deserve to hold the Intercontinental and United States Titles for a long, long time to come. They're both World Champs-in-waiting, but WWE shouldn't be in any rush to get them to the top. Nah, swapping them over onto the opposite show and continuing that slow burn push will do for now.

That's the kind of freshness these guys need.

GUNTHER has done all there is to do on SmackDown, and he's ready for new challengers. Pre-Draft, the Raw scene gives him that, because he'd match up well against everyone from AJ Styles (when he's back) and Bobby Lashley to Montez Ford of The Street Profits and Edge.

Meanwhile, Theory would benefit from increased focus on SmackDown. If Roman Reigns did stay put there, then he wouldn't be on TV every single week. That, by default, would make Austin the brand's top male champion. It'd also guarantee him bags of screen time to work with every Friday.

It's win-win.
