8. And What About Legends?
Arguably more exciting than which NXT stars are in line for a cameo is the subject of which legends are going to grace us with their presence for a couple of minutes and depress us all by looking a bit unfit and kind of disinterested.
Actually, that's not entirely fair. Rey Mysterio appeared in January's Rumble, lest we forget, and he looked absolutely incredible, deservedly getting one of the pops of the evening and then holding his own against opponents half his age.
For those reasons, Rey is top of just about everyone's wish list for Friday's show, although there's still no word on whether he is heading for WWE on a permanent basis (and, more to the point, whether he's fully cleared to compete after his latest injury).
Other names that have been mooted include Booker T, the recently returned Jeff Jarrett, The Great Khali and even Goldberg. But, sadly, still not CM Punk - so you can cross that one off your list straight away.
