9. Exactly When Did You And Triple H Start Dating?
Triple H may have kidnapped Stephanie McMahon and tricked her into marrying him, but a couple of weeks later, it was revealed that the pair was in cahoots. Stephanie turned heel, and WWE's power couple ran roughshod over the company in 2000 and 2001. While they were an item on TV, though, things got heated in real life. Stephanie and Triple H soon became very real paramours, and while the couple went through a storyline divorce in 2002, they were legitimately married the following year.
The genesis of their relationship is the subject of some debate, though. Triple H was in a relationship with his former valet, Chyna, from 1997 on, and most reports indicate that Stephanie and "The Game" started dating in 2000. In 2004, Triple H claimed that he and Chyna had already split up when he started dating Stephanie, but Chyna always denied that. In fact, the widely accepted version of the story states that Chyna actually found a love letter from Stephanie in HHH's bag, cluing her in on his dalliance.
The truth may not be pretty, but hopefully Stephanie doesn't avoid it.
