10 Quick Fixes For WWE In 2018

1. Regular Breaks For Key Talent

It can't be easy to pen hours of television for 60-70 characters 52 weeks per year. A quick fix to ease the burden on creative and keep talent fresh would be allowing WWE's wrestlers to take occasional holidays. We mean have them go completely AWOL.

The current 'no days off' mentality is admirable from a work ethic stand point, but it strangles creativity. If top names were given the chance to take a few months off each year, they'd feel a lot fresher. There's no need for Bray Wyatt to stick around in meandering, uninspiring feuds against guys like Seth Rollins or Finn Bálor when he'd be much better off away from TV for a while.

Absence makes the heart grow fonder, after all.

Wyatt isn't an isolated example. Over on SmackDown, seeing Randy Orton disappear for 2/3 months would lend vigour to his inevitable return. Seeing the same faces every single week does little to make them feel like must-see characters for fans.
