10 Quick Fixes For WWE When Crowds Return

1. Brock Lesnar

Paul Heyman didn't dig far into his stock collection of Brock Lesnar answers when recently asked about the potential return of 'The Beast' after over a year in a lockdown he was probably quite a big fan of.

"Brock Lesnar will do what Brock Lesnar wants to do" is sort of brilliant. It simultaneously puts over a character we think we know and a man we know we do, while teasing nothing and everything. Lesnar's a guy that likes solitude and cash, and tries to use the latter to get a bit more of the former. But does he like crowds in this context after all?

Probably not, but he knows how to keep his value high in the mind of Vince McMahon. Lesnar's only had to perform in the pandemic era once, and even that was just to very quickly do business for Drew McIntyre at WrestleMania 36. He was placed on pause after one of the stronger runs in his career too, with programmes against Seth Rollins, Rey Mysterio and McIntyre himself helping his opponents as much as himself.

The memories were wisely left fond, but there's no better time for the former WWE Champion to return to the present tense.
