It€™s been done before, but this wouldn€™t be some gangbanger parody or glorified tag team. Del Rio could run a crew composed entirely of Mexican performers from AAA, working only RAW and the occasional Smackdown or special event. As El Patrón for real, Del Rio would have an onscreen authority in WWE that he€™d never had before. Babyface or heel, that changes people€™s perceptions of you - and the possibilities are considerable. Performers from AAA could challenge for the tag team titles, could help to get the Lucha Dragons over with the WWE crowd by entering into a feud with them featuring luchadors doing their thing properly in WWE for the first time in a long while. There could also be the possibility of reinstating WCW€™s old World Six-Man Tag Team Championship titles - possibly by retitling them the WWE Trios Tag Team Championship, or something similar - and having AAA performers hold them, at least in the beginning.
