10 Rare Backstage Moments Between Wrestling Couples

7. Zack Ryder & Emma

WrestleMania 32 marked one of the few times Zack Ryder appeared to have all he'd deserved from a WWE run hampered by their own horrific mishandling of him several years earlier.

An Intercontinental Championship win in the show opener was a feel-good moment to kick off the event, and a social media one destined to pop off online. Ryder had shared an image of him with Razor Ramon and the secondary belt when he was a child - this gave 'Long Island Iced Z' a chance to recreate the image and WWE socials something nice for the night.

The photo captures a sweeter moment between Ryder and former partner Emma, who had wrestled on the pre-show in a multi-woman tag team match designed to give Brie Bella a nice send off and bid farwell to the Divas Division as we knew it. Little snatches of history made by the pair of them, and captured here in what appears to be rather fetching matching gear too.
