10 Rare Backstage Moments Between Wrestling Couples

2. Cathy Kelley & Finn Bálor

Neither former WWE presenter, reporter and personality Cathy Kelley nor current NXT Champion Finn Bálor ever spoke about or particularly acknowledged their relationship publicly during their time together, but internet sleuths used pictures to piece together a union in or around late-2017.

It was only through scant moments captured on camera such as the one of them socialising above, or sat together at the 2018 WWE Hall Of Fame ceremony that as good as confirmed the two as an item for a time. That they were able to keep a relatively low profile during their spell as a twosome was legitimately impressive - the spotlight is rarely off WWE talent, particularly in the age of social media.

Sadly it didn't work out in the end, as made explicitly and sardonically clear though Kelley's 2019 social media confirmation that she was "very single" alongside Bálor's engagement to now-wife Veronica Rodriguez at the same time.
