10 Real-Life WWE Feuds That Were Too Hot For TV

The fat lady hasn't officially sung yet on this one, but chances are we won't see Chris Jericho and Brock Lesnar turn their post-SummerSlam 2016 skirmish into a storyline feud anytime soon.

Crazy as it sounds, the undersized Chris Jericho had a brief backstage altercation with the former UFC Heavyweight and NCAA National Champion immediately following Lesnar's match against Randy Orton at last year's SummerSlam. The brief tussle centered around Jericho's belief that Brock had gone off-script, delivering several legit elbows and bloodying Randy's head. Jericho reportedly claimed, "That's bullsh*t," just as Lesnar came through the curtain. Talk about bad timing.

The two were quickly in each other's faces and some shoving ensued before Vince McMahon stepped in.

The animosity has likely blown over since then, as both Jericho and Brock are professionals, but the tussle in Gorilla was the biggest story of SummerSlam weekend. It never did make it to WWE TV - but would be something WWE could revisit down the road.
