Vince McMahon and the former Jim Hellwig, aka the Ultimate Warrior, had many problems that often resulted in the two parties doing battle in the court room rather than the ring.

Warrior was involved in numerous lawsuits against the company throughout the '90s and 2000s. From breach of contract to character defamation, Warrior sued Vince on numerous occasions, only for Vince to retaliate. Counter-suits and The Self Destruction of The Ultimate Warrior DVD soon escalated the rivalry into uncharted territory, and many thought this would be one former talent that would never return to WWE.

Ultimately, time healed the wounds as Warrior was inducted into the WWE Hall Of Fame. Thanks in large part to Triple H, Warrior and Vince were able to mend the fences just prior to Warrior's sudden passing in 2014.

Despite facing off in the ring with many of his top stars over the years (e.g. Steve Austin, The Rock, Bret Hart, Hulk Hogan, Shawn Michaels), Vince McMahon never chose to visit Parts Unknown and kept this heated animosity away from WWE television.
