10 Reasons CM Punk Will Never Be Able To Move On From WWE

5. He Can Still Go In The Ring

Of all the reasons that Punk may not truly be able to move on from WWE, this may be the one that ends up making all the difference. For any Superstar that has ever competed in Vince McMahon's company either past or present, there has been one truth that they all share; the ability to perform is all that matters. All of the best promos in the world will not be enough. No amount of pyro, vignettes or big time comebacks will ever be enough. For any guy that truly cares about his craft, the only thing that really matters is being able to get it done in the ring. The knowledge that he can contribute to the program and turn in quality work every time is more than enough for anyone to come back to the fold. The same is true for CM Punk, whose biggest talent in life is being a professional wrestler. While he is not active right now, he could get the itch to perform again at any moment. When he does, he knows that best avenue for his talents is not TNA or ROH, it's WWE. The Best in the World proved his nickname night in and night out and that would surely continue if he came back. The draw of the business is usually too much for most veterans to walk away from. There is nothing like getting in the ring and performing at a high level; this is who Punk is and what he has done arguably better than anyone in WWE over the past 3 years. He can keep going with life outside WWE but eventually he could get the urge to come back kill it in the ring once again.
