This was a significant development, he'd already been cleared by his own doctor, but WWE's doctors hadn't cleared him, so this UCLA verdict made the issue two to one on his health. The battery of tests and the green light may have been the decisive third opinion that WWE were looking for. Still, the return of Bryan is ultimately in the hands of Vince McMahon. Even if WWE doctors did clear Bryan, Vince would still have the final say.
