10 Reasons Daniel Bryan Could Return On Monday's WWE Raw
9. The December 9th 2013 Seattle Raw
The December 9th 2013 Seattle Raw was the night that WWE management were forced to take notice of Daniel Bryan. The city made him at that show, forcing the entire company to realise they had something special on their hands. In returning to the scene of that magical night, WWE could reboot Bryan at this Monday's Seattle Raw. What happened on the December 9 2013 show was the Championship Ascension Ceremony. This was supposed to be Randy Orton (WWE Champion) and John Cena (World Champion) facing off before unifying the titles at TLC. To mark the occasion, Triple H and The Authority were in the ring, along with all the other former champions. And that's when Seattle made Bryan. Rather than going along with the segment, the crowd chanted "Daniel Bryan" throughout, to the point where Triple H had to stop his promo for a minute. As a former champion, Bryan was stood in the background bemused, as the chants then broke out into "Yes" chants. It was Stone Cold Steve Austin levels of noise. Cena and co were forced to break script and temporarily give the segment over to the background star. Forget the historic titles being unified and the "stars", Seattle made it all about Bryan. With that in mind, WWE may choose to return him in the city this Monday, as it is a proven hot spot for him. It'd be a great crowd to kick start his career back up and running.
