10 Reasons Daniel Bryan Will Not Be WWE Champion After SummerSlam

5. His Mic Skills Will Not Hold Up

Bryan has received much praise throughout his career, including commendations for his incredible work ethic, the extensive moveset he employs in the ring, and even his generally warm demeanor. However, there is one area of his game that continues to receive criticism: his mic skills. It is no secret that Daniel Bryan€™s biggest weakness is the promo. He is not on Brock Lesnar€™s level, where a microphone is basically his kryptonite, but he certainly leaves much to be desired at times. One has to wonder if Bryan has the mic skills to carry the €œYes!€ Movement further. At times, it seems like he is simply persuading the audience to join him in the €œYes!€ chant instead of providing anything meaningful on the microphone to advance the storyline. His promos are often clunky and awkward, which could spell trouble for Bryan, especially if fans begin to lose interest in the Authority storyline.
