10 Reasons To Be Excited For Sting Vs Triple H

2. In This Scenario, Hunter's Promos Are More Interesting Than The Undertaker's

If The Undertaker and Sting feuded leading into a potential match at Wrestlemania XXXI, the feud would be based around the dark vengeance of Sting as The Crow and The Undertaker as the Grim Reaper. Though fans everywhere appear to be excited for the potential match, the promos for said feud have the potential of being absolutely terrible. Sting shows up in the rafters, points his bat, is silent and makes lightning come out of nowhere. The Undertaker responds by making the lights go out, possibly setting the ropes on fire, rolling out in a casket and saying "rest in peace." Yes, these could be iconic moments, but they also run the risk of appearing hokey and dated, too. Triple H feuding with Sting gives Sting the dimensions needed for his character to be in peril, sell and possibly be much more than he ever was when he was in WCW. The idea that this face-painted man is indeed a legendary human being is intriguing and opens the door to so many potentially entertaining ideas (some of which have been mentioned here). Two two-dimensional characters having a feud could be fun, but two three-dimensional characters feuding (especially given who they would be) has the potential to absolutely be incredible.
