When it comes to returning WWE superstars, WWE are almost spoilt for choice at the moment. Along with Orton, the likes of Heath Slater, Mark Henry, Rey Mysterio, Sheamus and AJ Lee are all currently inactive for various reasons. This means that fitting all of their respective returns into the WWE's scheduled to make sure they all get that much sought after pop is difficult. And it could be the reason that Orton's return has been delayed so many times. The WWE Universe's darling Daniel Bryan made his much anticipated return at the start of the year and entered himself into the Royal Rumble. He made his return to in-ring action on the first Thursday SmackDown taping which meant that a number of key dates were taken up by his return from a very serious neck injury. Presumably, any return for Orton will be as a babyface which would immediately pale in significance to Bryan's return. The leader of the Yes Movement is by far and away the most popular superstar in the company and the effect of any other superstars' return would have been lost in the midst of the 'YES' chants that fill arenas around the world night in and night out. Now the steam from Bryan's return is starting to die down, the door is well and truly open for Randy to return.
