10 Reasons Randy Orton Must Return To WWE As The Legend Killer
10. The Number Of Legends He Could 'Kill'
There's plenty of them around in WWE at the moment as the company has gone into nostalgia mode to fill the holes left by the walking wounded on their regular roster. WWE have been desperately searching for a way to fill the stadium for WrestleMania 32 and have reached out to the likes of Steve Austin and Shawn Michaels, hoping having them on board will add some much-needed appeal to the show. While neither is likely to ever wrestle another match, they can still be used effectively in backstage segments. And Orton proved just how good those could be during his saliva-filled interactions with Mick Foley (and others) during the gimmick's initial run. But what other legends are available for Randy to work with outside of WrestleMania season? Well, the likes of Triple H, John Cena (I know, I know, but imagine if Randy said he wanted to kill the legend of the Cenation once and for all. Who wouldn't want to see that?), Chris Jericho, Sting (fitness permitting), and even the Big Show all fall into that bracket. Heck, if WWE wanted to get creative Randy could set on Indie wrestling "legends" Kevin Owens, Samoa Joe and AJ Styles to prove they don't belong in the "big time" of WWE, and that their legacies of Kings of the Indies are misplaced. That would be sure to get some heat from the die-hard fans. Orton would certainly have plenty of partners to dance with should he bring the character back.
