9. He's Stale As A Babyface

You just need to look at the reactions The Viper received during his most recent WWE run to see that fans are getting a little bit too comfortable with his presence. Orton's rivalry with Seth Rollins could have, and should have been a lot better than it was. Simply having Randy getting annoyed at having to bail The Architect out of certain situations was very underwhelming - and got the reaction it deserved... It is evident from listening to Orton's lukewarm pops that he is nowhere near as over as he once was. Randy turning up and playing the role of a generic good guy just doesn't cut the mustard for most within the WWE Universe anymore. He needs a jolt in the arm and a bit of a shake-up to get that beleaguered section of the fan base back onside.
