6. Rollins Is Better Choice Than Cena To Be Next WWE Champion

The current landscape in WWE right now is such where they have way too many babyfaces ready to become "The Man" and not enough heels that are at that main event level. Other than Lesnar and Rollins, only Bray Wyatt is close. Maybe Rusev can get there, but he still has a long way to go. The face side has Cena, Orton, Bryan, Reigns, Ambrose and possibly Ziggler whenever he is brought back into the mix. Perhaps WWE has reached the point where they are ready to end the Lesnar title reign just because it has been totally underwhelming. If that's the case, they don't want Cena to be the next WWE Champ because in two months they want a heel champion to be the guy that the next babyface beats to become "The Man" in WWE. A match where babyface Cena puts over a babyface wrestler is possible, but they did that two years ago with Cena beating The Rock. It's not very fresh. There's a very good chance that WWE put Rollins into the Rumble match because they know they want to take the title off Lesnar, but they want the next champ to be a heel. They don't want it to be Cena to create some face vs. face match at WrestleMania. They want some babyface (whoever it is) to beat a heel like Rollins because that's the better story. Cena can get the WWE Title at any time. It doesn't have to be at the Royal Rumble when Rollins is clearly a better choice.
