10 Reasons Sheamus Is Genuinely Hated By WWE Fans

5. The €˜Be A STAR€™ Spokesman Is A Bully

Sheamus turned face around the time WWE started highlighting him on their Be a STAR video packages (which have thankfully dissipated in recent months). It was heartening to hear that a big, muscular wrestler can relate to being bullied. But that hasn€™t stopped Sheamus from being a bully himself. Last year, Damien Sandow was riding a wave of popularity by combining the best elements of The Genius, Mr. Perfect and the Million Dollar Man. He taunted the audience and presented them with an intellectual challenge, only to berate the crowd when they couldn€™t figure it out. Sheamus interrupted the proceedings, and when he couldn€™t solve the puzzle, he Brogue Kicked Sandow to end the challenge. This goes beyond doing heelish things. Here was a guy who was supposed to be a top babyface, who speaks to little kids about showing tolerance and respect, beating up a guy who never physically provoked him. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RxSjob2Ne3s Sounds like the kind of guy you want to cheer, no?
