Hinted at the last point, there continues to be questions if Sting and The Undertaker are too old to wrestle against each other. That's the rationale that WWE presumably had for not matching them together at WrestleMania 31. That notion of age has circulated as a result of WWE's thinking. Now many fans think it as well. Even though Taker and Sting looked good at the last Mania, people look at their ages - Taker will be 51 by the time of Mania 32 and Sting will be 57. That awareness of age has permeated in the mind and put some fans off the dream match. Which is maybe the right mindset. Fans complained so long about older wrestlers ruining WCW, so maybe it is only right that WWE don't focus on blasts from the past.
