One of the main reasons why this NXT Special Event is going to rock is because unlike most of the guys on Raw or Smackdown, the performers on NXT havent had their fires extinguished yet. You may not like to think about it, but most guys on the main roster simply go through the motions 90% percent of the time. You can most likely count on one hand the guys that consistently go out there on the main roster and hit on all cylinders, showing fire, emotion and intensity whenever theyre on shows (Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns, Dolph Ziggler, Daniel Bryan when he was around and sometimes John Cena when the feud is big enough). Its the difference between Adam Rose when he debuted on NXT and him now that hes on Raw. The Raw version is a shell of the hungrier, more idealistic NXT version. Most main roster guys just feel uninspired. NXT is quite the opposite. In fact its the opposite multiplied by 1000. Every guy on NXT is so eager to impress, so eager to get to the next level that almost everything they do has a degree of noticeable effort that eludes a lot of guys who have made it to the main roster. They are hungrier and have more to prove on a match to match basis, and it definitely helps to make the shows they are a part of more exciting. NXT Takeover 2 is going to rock, if for no other reason than the fact that everybody on the card is going to be putting 1000% of their efforts into making themselves stand out. From a sheer effort standpoint, this show will be remarkable.
