10. It Will Surely Be Better Than Raw Has Been Recently
This could be considered damning with faint praise, because lets face it, Raw in the last three weeks has been bad, completely inconsequential, and finally this week, a little better than hot garbage (mostly because of NXT standouts Tyler Breeze, Adrian Neville, Tyson Kidd and Sami Zayns involvement for a lone segment that wasnt the same old stuff). Theyve been chalked full of boring (and sometimes bad) matches and boring (and often bad) segments that nobody wants to invest their energy, emotion, or time in. Its like were watching a horrible hybrid of All My Children and Saturday Night Live (though far less emotional and far less funny). These last three weeks have made it hard to simply suspend disbelief for 3 lackluster hours of Monday Night Raw. Watching the show feel like a chore. Well you dont have to worry about that on Thursday with NXT Takeover 2. It will not only be much better than anything that has happened on Raw in the last 3 weeks, it will be leaps and bounds more entertaining. There wont be pointless segments, there wont be bad matches only put on to advertise Total Divas, there wont even be a moment during the show where you feel the need to question why youre even watching the show. NXT Takeover 2 is the show that will not only restore your faith in the WWEs ability to put on a good show, but it will also remind you why WWE is the best Wrestling and Entertainment company around until next weeks Raw.
