1. With Lesnar As Champion, We Have The Ultimate David v. Goliath
On the flip side, Brock Lesnar still has a contract that reportedly runs through March, and could strike a one-night deal for Wrestlemania if the contract doesn't carry through. With The Authority back in power, the odds are going to be stacked against Cena before he even steps foot in the ring. Inside the ring, Lesnar could very well defeat John Cena if he can garner the same advantages that he did in the Summerslam decimation of Cena. If Lesnar holds the title after the Royal Rumble, he will have had a very dominant 10 months in the WWE (though he was gone for most of it). It sets up for the ultimate David v. Goliath story that can only be told on the stage of Wrestlemania. As long as Lesnar is going to be competing at Wrestlemania this year, this is a story that the WWE cannot pass up. Having Daniel Bryan win the Royal Rumble would give us a story unlike any other; which makes it very likely that Bryan will be victorious. As always, thank you for reading my articles!
