10 Reasons Triple H Will Succeed As WWE Boss

8. He Knows What Today's Wrestling Fans Want

Several decades junior to Mr. McMahon, Triple H is much more adept at understanding what today's wrestling fans want than his much older father-in-law, whose idea of great television includes a near 40-year-old man wearing neon colors and spouting off poop jokes. Unlike Vince McMahon, Triple H realizes that wrestling revolves around in-ring work. Sure, it is an entertainment business in which stories are integral to keeping fans hooked but at the end of the day, the payoff is what goes on inside the 20x20 squared circle. Triple H understands that bringing in guys from around the world such as Balor, Itami, Joe, Owens and Zayn, all of whom can go and deliver under the brightest lights imaginable, will only enhance the stories they are involved in. And that is what fans want. They want to be entertained and when the time comes, they want to be rewarded with a fantastic wrestling match. Fans want the perfect mix, with cool characters they can relate to and outstanding wrestling that can be seen nowhere else. Triple H recognizes this and has built NXT in that image.
