10 Reasons UFC Should Re-Sign WWE Champion Brock Lesnar

3. GSP And Anderson Silva Are Basically Gone

Georges St. Pierre was basically the UFC's biggest draw the past few years, and was its most consistent champion when it came to the box office. Blame Canada (South Park did), where buys would spike any time the Canadian champ would fight. Anderson Silva, well, it all depended on who he was fighting. His bouts against Chael Sonnen sold well, but Silva was a champ that needed a marketable challenger. Both, however, have been out for all of 2014. GSP is semi-retired and may or may not return. Silva suffered a freak leg break. He will come back in 2015, but he's at the end of his career, and two years older than Lesnar. The UFC could use another big name, even in the short term.
