8. His Employees Respect Him
They may not always agree with him, or even like the man personally, but most - key word most - WWE workers seem to respect Vince McMahon, at least in terms of his passion for the business. Dana White... well not so much. Public feuds with Tito Ortiz, Randy Couture, Rampage Jackson, Roy Nelson, and others over the years have seriously called his ability to connect with his fighters into question. Can he successfully lead the company? Yes, but it's that much harder when the rank and file are upset with him. It doesn't help that he even refers to his own fighters as idiots (among other terms) at times. Not only is that disrespectful, it's obviously bad for business. Then you have absolute uproar among fighters for issues like the Reebok uniform deal (fighters taking a huge pay cut as it pertains to sponsorships) and the firing of Stitch Duran. Many spoke out against their employer, which is never a good sign. The WWE seems to keep such things much more tightly controlled. Point goes to Vince!
