10 Reasons Vince McMahon Needs To Retire By Year’s End

2. His Indecisiveness Is Crippling The WWE Product

Imagine for a moment that POTUS Barack Obama€™s proposed free college education plan was approved, paid for, and implemented in all 50 states. Millions of people then made the life-changing decision to attend one of these free colleges, only for the program to be terminated one month after it was implemented. This example, while outlandish, is an accurate real-world equivalent of WWE pushing and halting the careers of its Superstars€all due to Vince. Vince€™s indecisiveness has caused nightmares for the lives of every Creative writer in the company and most of its stars. Vince reportedly caused numerous re-writes of RAW scripts, with numerous cases of the script not being approved until a few hours before the show, or even while the show was already on the air. This, in turn, leads to confusing scripts, lack of storyline progression, wasted matches and feuds, and overproduced segments. Worse, he is going back on pushes for wrestlers. He started a push for Bo Dallas, and as soon as Vince€™s interest waned, he was gone. He pushed Bray Wyatt strongly in 2013, only for him to go through numerous losses in 2014, diminishing his star power. In the case of Total Divas, at first he said that no cast member would ever hold the Divas title, and yet look who now holds it: Nikki Bella, co-star of Total Divas. If this were another industry or company, if the CEO was backtracking on their decisions so much, they would be forced to resign, and the company would lose a lot of money. If this kind of decision-making was happening in government, then that agency would be mired in public scrutiny and enquiries, which can be just as bad. Either way, Vince€™s indecisiveness is the sign of an incapable leader. He needs to retire so that he doesn€™t play Russian roulette with the careers (and lives) of anymore Superstars. All of this can be summarized by the following statement€
