6. His Idea Of 'Top Guy' Isn't Working

John Cena is WWE€™s cash cow, and has been the central focus of the company for almost 12 years. His time in the main-event has been longer than virtually everyone except for Bruno Sammartino, and he has won more WWE Championships than anyone. So it makes sense that in 2015 going forward, they find someone else to replace Cena, since that man can€™t perform at the same level forever. Cena€™s character being stale is one thing; there€™s no point going into further detail on that matter. However, Cena€™s health is another. He has undergone multiple surgeries, and is reported to be in pain a lot due to the toll the industry has taken on him, especially his back. Vince wants to push Roman Reigns as the new John Cena despite Reigns being, in the minds of many, not ready for the main event at all. This shows what kind of business decisions Vince makes, which aren€™t that sound when you think about it. He wants to push this one guy who has €˜the look€™ of a star, but his abilities as a wrestler and a talker leave a lot to be desired. But Vince is notoriously stubborn and doesn€™t well to feedback from others as much as he used to. He thinks that pushing a guy like Reigns instead of more athletically-skilled guys like Ambrose, Rollins and arguably Bray Wyatt, is still the best thing to do. Of course, this stubbornness also leads to another damning trait about Vince that has been revealed recently€
