Much of Chris Jericho's sales pitch for himself revolves around what he can potentially do for somebody just by the virtue of being Chris Jericho.

His "But I'm Chris Jericho" mini-series wasn't really very funny, but it did borrow something from good comedy as well stealing the sh*t stuff - there was a hint of reality in his thirst for something more and expectation that he could go and get it.

Only upon leaving WWE has this happened for real. Keeping on relatively good terms with Vince McMahon for a while helped his cause - his podcast empire continued to boom thanks in part to the guests he was able to pluck from NXT and the main roster whilst also furnishing relationships with men and women that would end up as his colleagues in All Elite - but hosting a cruise with all of his collected interests serving as the collected draw was a bold strategy that somehow worked out well enough for him to do a second one that'll be filmed for their TNT telecast.

He's made wrestling on a f*cking boat A f*cking Thing. This is impossible not to respect.
