10 Reasons Why JBL Is WWE's Most Controversial Figure

3. Constant Allegations Of Bullying

JBL has been dogged by allegations of bullying throughout his career. These tales are primarily what made him such a lightning rod in the first place, and while their volume has definitely increased recently, they've been popping up for years.

In 2013, Mark Henry claimed that JBL constantly gave him a hard time soon after signing with the company, but was willing to write it off as "part of the business." Bradshaw's other victims weren't quite as forgiving.

Shawn Daivari accused JBL of bullying Muhammad Hassan without provocation. Matt Hardy has claimed Bradshaw once told him and brother Jeff to drink drive, then stole their bags when they refused. Rene Dupree said he was assaulted with homosexual slurs every time he saw JBL. The Miz has outed John as a bully, and it's often said that Layfield was one of the driving forces behind the awful backstage hazing that saw Miz exiled from the locker-room early in his run. The list goes on.

It's easy to be cynical about such claims when there are only one or two of them, but literally dozens of wrestlers have spoken out against Bradshaw's alleged bullying, and the stories followed him all the way up to his departure.
