10 Reasons Why People Don't Give A Sh*t About WWE Anymore

2. Nothing Matters

Xavier Woods defeated Bobby Lashley in 2021, and didn't receive a "championship opportunity".

Shotzi and Nox defeated Natalya and Tamina no less than three times in non-title matches, and weren't awarded a "championship opportunity". Nox was actually released for her efforts. In fact, if you remove a battle royal from her record, Nox was actually unbeaten in direct competition; she worked four televised tag and singles matches, and won them all. She is now a trivia question.

This is a level beyond the old "wins and losses don't matter" complaint. It used to be that a performer won and didn't get a push or a follow-up match after the fact. They get fired now. Fictional runaway success stories are simply fired now in order for WWE to secure the strongest possible share price, their meaningless runs leaving no imprint nor consequence.

Whenever a midcard act wins a midcard title, they are booked to lose more often than they did before procuring a symbol of victory. Winning a title represents a professional decline. It is an absolute backwards joke; truly, the dumbest sh*t ever.

Fundamentally, watching WWE is a waste of your time.
