6. The Authority Is All But Dead

Much has changed since Seth Rollins has been away with WWE. As noted, The Authority was on the verge of extinction even before he suffered the injury, but now they are almost completely out of power. Triple H hasn't been seen since WrestleMania 32 while Stephanie McMahon remains a regular on WWE TV alongside her brother Shane but has seemingly cut ties with Rollins.

As a result, Triple H might blame Rollins getting hurt for The Authority's demise and why he is no longer in power. It remains to be seen whether he will have any control whatsoever upon his inevitable return to TV, but either way, he could target Rollins because of how he was indirectly involved in the group falling from grace.

Simply put, there is no reason for them to remain allies once Triple H is back. The mere reason Rollins joined forces with The Game and company was because he knew it would lead to him scoring a more prominent spot in the company. Without The Authority, Rollins is flying solo, and he appears to be perfectly fine with that. The Authority is all but dead, and it should stay that way.
