The greatest feuds in wrestling are those that have history, and a Seth Rollins vs. Triple H program would have plenty of it.

Prior to Rollins officially entering The Authority in June 2014, they had been linked as far back as the previous summer. The Shield were essentially henchmen for The Authority upon their inception and carried out most of their dirty deeds. Even though they broke away from the stable the subsequent spring, Rollins did the unthinkable when he turned on his Shield brethren to join the sadistic stable one night removed from their clean sweep over Evolution at Payback.

When Triple H embraced Rollins as one of his own on that fateful night, two things became quite clear: Rollins would amount to a major singles star while aligned with Triple H, and their eventual feud was going to be nothing short of spectacular. He did in fact cement himself as a main event caliber competitor during his time in The Authority alongside HHH, but now it's time for him to spread his wings by himself.

Roman Reigns vs. HHH was also two years in the making by WrestleMania 32, but the booking of their feud was so sporadic that few fans cared. On the other hand, Rollins and HHH have almost always been in contact since 2014, so their program should be significantly more engaging.
