10 Reasons Why The McMahons Should Sell WWE Right Now

8. The Network May Stagnate And Needs A Better Vision

Now just over a year old and having reached the initially intended goal of one million subscribers, the WWE Network was a master-stroke that advanced broadcasting deep into the digital age. However, now that it exists and features roughly the same content every month that includes PPVs, exclusive interview shows and classic events, where's the unique content that takes the Network from one-to-two million subscribers? Conceptualization has always been a McMahon strength. However, we're now in the third decade of progressive McMahon ideas outside of the ring that lack the execution required to be perpetually successful. WWE having a Network that hovers around and/or past one million subscribers is good, but isn't going to eventually give the company the boost where they won't start to lose revenue. Maybe selling to a corporation that can absorb WWE's debt from the Network while also developing fresh strategies to increase membership is necessary.
