10 Reasons Why WWE Fastlane 2016 Truly, Utterly Sucked
2. Roman Reigns Wins The Triple Threat Match
Funnily enough, the problem with Roman Reigns winning the Triple Threat Match isn't about the subject; Reigns is a wonderful, positive character that can be easily looked up to, a great in-ring performer and is rapidly developing his promo skills. The problem is that every single person with a vested interest in the booking side of WWE already knew it would happen. Even those believing in kayfabe would most likely have seen it coming. While most were convinced of the ending when the Triple Threat Match was confirmed after the Royal Rumble event, many believed that surely WWE would not go with the same result from just one year ago when Roman Reigns defeated Daniel Bryan at 2015s Fastlane. It would have made perfect sense not to repeat things given the backlash that decision received. Nevertheless, Reigns was victorious, stunting his on-screen best buddy's progress yet again in the progress.
Overly-opinionated Australian WWE smark who is definitely not #booty. Slowly angering the IWC one article at a time. We will probably strongly dislike each other - let's be friends! @MattKMarsden
