10 Reasons Why You Should Cancel Your WWE Network Subscription

10. Butchered PPVs

One of the big selling points of the network has been the fact that you can get all the old PPVs from WWE, WCW, and of course the original ECW. And that admittedly should be a great selling point as there is plenty of good action, and plenty of nostalgia value in these PPVs. But sadly if you check out PPVs on WWE network, you€™re going to very soon have your memories tarnished. Despite the fact that WWE promised the PPVs would be uncut and kept original, they haven€™t been at all (I know, WWE lying €“ who would have thought, right?). They have been completely butchered and censored in random places, and this is particularly strange because the WWE network originally didn€™t have advertisers, and was a home network that parents could control the settings of. Botches have been removed, music has been changed, segments have been cut, and then in perhaps the stupidest move of all, WWE have taken scenes where there are blood, and put a black and white filter over them, so that the action suddenly looks like a scene from Pleasantville. Blood isn€™t necessary for good wrestling, but if it€™s there, you may as well keep it, because by making wrestlers have black and white faces, you€™re only drawing attention to it more. You can also find these PPVs other places on the internet, and you can find them as WWE promised they would be on the network. So don€™t let WWE think that they are the only gate keeper holding you back from getting your nostalgia kick.
