10 Reasons Why You Should Cancel Your WWE Network Subscription

3. How Much Wrestling Do You Need?

As mentioned before, WWE already does five hours of free subpar wrestling programming per week. So honestly - how much of the network are you realistically watching anyway, outside of PPVs? If you can endure much more than the five hours they already put on, plus the special events every few weeks you must have the endurance of a marathon runner, or you must have some kind of special device that alters the very fabric of space and time (and if this is the case, can you please share it with us?). All kidding aside though, here is the thing - even if you do need more wrestling than the five hours WWE gives you each week, that€™s totally fine. In fact currently there is an embarrassment of riches for wrestling fans, and there is plenty of product going around that is better than WWE. Thanks to the internet you can access Lucha Underground, Impact Wrestling, NJPW, ROH, and tonnes of independent product in some way or another. WWE network brags about how it has something like 1500 hours€™ worth of content on the network and that is admittedly very impressive. But do you really have time to scour through all this product? And how many fans are totally interested in shows from the 1980s they have never heard of? The programming on the network is very niche and won€™t suit everyone. So if you want your wrestling, get some of the cool new stuff and try that out in addition to your weekly WWE smorgasbord. After a while you probably won€™t even want to go back to WWE.
