10 Reasons Why You Shouldn't Cancel Your WWE Network Subscription

5. The NXT Specials

The current WWE product might not look great at the moment but the future certainly looks bright. NXT is currently the best hour of wrestling on television per week. With its stripped-down production, great in-ring action and logical booking (not writing -there's a difference) NXT is like a breath of fresh air after the overproduced and overlong episodes of Raw. Whilst the weekly NXT shows might be great, they are nothing compared to the NXT specials that air every few months. Routinely better than so-called 'big shows' like Survivor Series and the Royal Rumble, the NXT specials feature a great mix of debuts, long, innovative title matches and effective angles. Basically, Triple H and WWE's talent scouts have been looking for and signing the best that the indies, Japan and the sports world have to offer and have been emphasising their positives and hiding their negatives in a way that no product since ECW has managed to do. Wrestlers like Adrian Neville, Kevin Owens, Finn Balor, Hideo Itami, Charlotte, Sasha Banks, Tyler Breeze and NXT Champion Sami Zayn are the future of the company. A future you can only watch on the WWE Network. Don't be fooled by the likes of Adam Rose and The Ascension: the guys and gals currently busting their a**** down in Orlando, Florida are the real deal.
