10 Reasons WrestleMania 32 Was A Huge Disappointment

2. The Entrances Were A Letdown

WrestleMania entrances have always been more extravagant than those of normal pay-per-views, and last year’s show in California raised the bar to an insane degree.

From Sting’s bizarre entrance, to Triple H’s Terminator motif, Bray Wyatt’s possessed scarecrow army and, most impressively, Rusev’s tank, 'Mania 31 featured a jaw-dropping entrance from at least one competitor in nearly every match.

That wasn’t the case this year at all. With the exception of Stephanie and Triple H’s Mad Max-inspired nightmare fuel and a giant box of Booty-O cereal, every entrance at 32 was merely an exaggerated version of what we see on Raw, just on a bigger stage with fancy effects.

While it was still an awesome sight to see the camera pull away and show the performers from a long distance aerial view atop the giant star, it was missing the wicked thematic elements of years previously.

Triple H’s entrance, the most elaborate of them all, was so painfully forced to try and get the fans to boo him and cheer Reigns that it bordered on cringeworthy. With the massive AT&T stadium to play with and such an impressive stage setting, we really expected to see more amazing entrances this year, but instead we were severely letdown.
