10 Reasons WWE Doesn't Attract New Fans
8. Too Many Hours
So, you want to start watching WWE? Well, you better free up some spare time. If you want to follow the main stories then you need to watch three hours of Raw and two hours of SmackDown. Plus, you’ll probably want to check out an hour of NXT each week. Then, if you want to get a bit more in-depth, you might even want to give 205 Live a watch. Wait, what do you mean you have a life?
If you can’t do the maths, that’s at least seven hours of wrestling a week, and that’s assuming that this fictional new fan doesn’t want to go back and check out some older stuff too. It’s too much. It’s too much for people who love wrestling, never mind someone who is dipping their toe in the water
Of course, you can get away without watching all of it, but even three hours of Raw is a lot. Particularly when you know that only about a quarter of that is going to be any good. You could watch The Godfather in that time, and there’s no chance it’s going to be ruined by a screwy finish.
