9. You Can Still Make It Work In The PG Era

An obvious first criticism of this idea is how you could expect a title based around hardcore wrestling to work in the PG era, but this is just silly. Everything from the yearly TLC and Extreme Rules Pay Per Views to hard-hitting, weapon and spot-filled recent matches between Roman Reigns and Bray Wyatt and Taker and Brock shows that hardcore wrestling can still work in modern WWE without relying on dangerous or particularly crazy spots. Sure, it would unlikely mean we get much blood and gore in said matches, but then neither did we for the the original hardcore title division, and it was one of the most entertaining and vastly underrated staples of the Attitude Era. Plus, that level of regular bloodletting just isn't safe or, really, necessary, right? So ECW this ain't, but it can undoubtedly still work. Which leads us to our next point...
