10 Reasons WWE Should Bring Back The Hardcore Title In 2016

2. It'd Probably Mean More Mick Foley On WWE TV

WWE loves any excuse to bring out a legend or two for a cheap pop, and they've regularly turned to Foley to come out, drop some amazing promos and try and help put over certain superstars over the years (hi John Cena!). Bringing back the Hardcore Title would obviously call for Foley to make a Raw appearance or two and share his two cents - or perhaps even be the guy that officially announces the return of the title! Who better to pay homage to and underline the importance of the belt than the man who defined it, and was awarded it upon its retirement in 2002 (we'll ignore the whole him and Edge sharing it thing a few years later)? Or how about Foley actually managing/acting as a mentor for a younger, freshly hardcore-rebranded superstar? Just a thought. Either way, we 3 Foley, so any excuse to have him on the mic is fine by us.
