1. WWE Have A Track Record Of Ruining Superstars' Special Day
Here's what CM Punk told Colt Cabana's Art of Wrestling podcast back in late 2014:
"The day of my wedding I got a FedEx in the mail. It was my termination papers. I was fired. "I was fired, on my wedding day. Very calculated and very deliberate. As much as I kind of chuckled at it and didn't let it affect my day, I was like 'once again, you pushed too f*****g far; you pushed the wrong guy."
Even though Vince McMahon apologised and labelled the incident a coincidence, you simply can't rule it out happening again. As cynical of me as this sounds, since WWE have a track record of doing their dealings this way, it simply isn't beyond the realms of possibility of them pulling a similarly dirty trick on a person who has upset them. I hope it isn't the end for Lana. I hope that she and Rusev go back to what they were at the start of 2015. But I'm worried the writing is on the wall...
