10 Reasons WWE's Brock Lesnar Experiment Has Failed

7. Inconsistent WWE Presence

Paul Heyman is the best possible mouthpiece for Brock Lesnar while he is away from the WWE. But truth be told, there is no substitute for the real thing. Brock Lesnar's presence on WWE television has been few and far between since he has come back to the company. When it's time to build to a particular match, Lesnar conveniently shows up to help promote. It's a strategy by WWE to be able to afford his high priced, pay-per-appearance deal. Since coming back, Lesnar has only competed in nine WWE matches from April 2012 to November 2014. This inconsistency effects the continuity of storylines on a month to month basis. While he's only been defeated in three times (one by disqualification), there's no reason for casual fans to stay emotionally invested if he isn't around.
