If, like The Rock, you're someone who keeps extremely fit, a cheat day probably won't be a foreign concept to you. Basically, they're useful for not only calming cravings when you're on a strict healthy diet, but to also trick the body into igniting its fat burning metabolism. The Rock takes cheat days to a whole other level though. After spending an incredible 150 days eating clean, the Brahma Bull treated himself to twelve pancakes, four double dough pizzas, and twenty one brownies (with what looked an awful lot like a gallon of milk). However, that actually pales in comparison to The Rock's everyday eating habits. A normal day includes seven meals, 5,165 calories and ten pounds of food, but then it would, given how much fuel he presumably needs for his awe inspiring gym sessions, which more often than not start at 4am each day.
