10 Receipts Wrestlers Still Owe
4. Goldberg (The Undertaker)
Hopefully, this'll never happen again either.
Goldberg vs. The Undertaker will forever go down in history as one of the worst matches WWE has ever put on. Their Super ShowDown 2019 clash was dangerous and uncomfortable to watch, but (somewhat miraculously) things seemed to be going fine until the aging pair got tired and sloppy.
That's when Bill crashed into the ring post, which caused a concussion, and then almost dropped 'Taker on his head during his Jackhammer spot. The match disgusted both, but any simmering resentment between them seemed unlikely. Later, Goldberg worked a quick word association gimmick with Steve Austin to hype his 'Broken Skull Sessions' appearance.
He said he owed the 'Deadman' a receipt.
That caught most watching off guard, and Bill didn't elaborate. 'Taker spoke of personal disappointment with his own performance on his 'Last Ride' documentary series, but Goldberg focused more on thrashing things out one more time with the legend. Surely not.
