WWE: 10 Wrestlers Who Had Multiple Finishing Moves
9. The Miz
Finishers: Mizard of Oz (2006-2007), Reality Check (2007-2008), Skull-Crushing Finale (2009-present), Figure-Four Leglock (2013-present). A veteran of television reality shows, Mike Mizanin joined the cast of 2004's Tough Enough with an opportunity to win a contract with WWE; he was the last competitor eliminated, but had grabbed enough interest from the WWE to be offered a developmental contract. After making his way through the developmental leagues Deep South Wrestling and Ohio Valley Wrestling, The Miz made his debut in 2006, bragging about his "undefeated" streak on Smackdown! defeating Matt Hardy, Scotty 2 Hotty, and Funaki with his version of the swinging inverted DDT, The Mizard of Oz. Apparently feeling that move wasn't contrived enough, Miz added the Reality Check- a knee lift into a neckbreaker- to his arsenal in 2007. The Miz did not gain much success beyond a tag team title run with John Morrision until he added the full nelson facebuster move he very-accurately dubbed "The Skull Crushing Finale" to his end-of-match moves. With the Skull Crushing Finale at his disposal, Miz moved up the ranks, adding US, Intercontinental, Money in the Bank, and WWE Championship reigns to his resume. And when "The Nature Boy" Ric Flair returned to WWE TV in 2013, the Hall of Famer bequeathed his infamous Figure-Four Leglock onto The Miz. Sure, Miz didn't always apply the hold accurately in his first attempts, but the hold did lead to his second Intercontinental Title win, making then-champion Wade Barrett submit during the pre-show of WrestleMania 25.
