Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods taking on the NXT Tag Team Champions would bring a decent amount of eyes to the rising duo and help make NXT Deadline more of a can't-miss event.

However, the positive twosome's presence on the developmental show hasn't gone down well with everyone on the Tuesday night delight.

As NXT commentator Booker T would confess during his Hall of Fame podcast recently, in his mind, Woods and Kingston are "camera hogs" who only showed up in NXT because "they can't get no love on the main roster."

And doubling down on this apparent frustration over New Day seemingly sticking around for the foreseeable after winning the duos straps, Book would also claim the pair's win was "illegitimate" due to Woods and Kingston not being an NXT unit or an "even challenge" for the former champs.

Now this could just be the two-time Hall of Famer doubling down on playing the heel voice of the brand. But the legend's willingness to throw shade at the team both on TV and on his own podcast hints at the veteran perhaps legitimately not being happy with the "bullies" right about now.
